Mini-puff pastries with Sausage

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 1 roll
  • Sausages (type Knacki) 6
  • Egg yolk 1

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Spread the puff pastry and cut out squares about 5 cm apart. Cut the sausages in half. 
  3. Wrap the sausages in the dough squares. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. 
  4. Brush the mini-puff pastry with the egg yolk sausage with a brush and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool a few moments then serve immediately.
