- Egg yolk 1
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Spread the puff pastry and cut out squares about 5 cm apart. Cut the sausages in half.
- Wrap the sausages in the dough squares. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Brush the mini-puff pastry with the egg yolk sausage with a brush and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool a few moments then serve immediately.
