Lemon Mugcake

  • Cooking time: 2 min


  • Flour 4 Spoons
  • Milk 3 Spoons
  • Sugar 3 Spoons
  • Oil1 Spoons
  • Egg 1
  • Lemon 1/2
  • baking powder 1


  1. In a mug, mix the flour, sugar, yeast and egg. Add milk and oil and mix again.
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mug. Take the zest and add half in the mug and mix.
  3. Microwave for about 2 minutes at medium power. Extend for 10 seconds if necessary. 
  4. Decorate with the remaining lemon zest and enjoy.
