Tuna pie with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 1 roll
  • Tuna 1 box
  • Tomato pulp 1 box
  • Skimmed milk 15 cl
  • Fresh cream 10 cl
  • Eggs 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green pepper 1
  • Zucchini 1
  • Olive oil
  • Grated parmesan
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Salt pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. (356° F)
  2. Peel and slice the onion. Cut the pepper and zucchini into thin slices. Drain and crisp the tuna.
  3. In a skillet, fry the onion, pepper, and zucchini in olive oil. Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper, then cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the puff pastry in a mold. Pour half of the vegetables, the tuna and the other half of the vegetables.
  5. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and cream. Then pour this mixture on the pie.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan and herbs of Provence. Bake for 35 minutes then enjoy.
