  • Puff pastry 1 roll
  • Tomatoes 8
  • 8 slice raclette cheese
  • Mustard
  • Herbs of Provence


  1. Preheat the oven to 356 ° F.
  2. Place the puff pastry in a pie pan. Spread a thin layer of mustard all over the dough.
  3. Arrange the slices of raclette cheese over all the dough too. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and spread them on the dough. 
  4. Sprinkle with herbs from Provence and bake for 20 minutes.
